Meet Our Team

Joseph Yen, an IT professional, currently lives in Long Island, NY. He has a family of 4. He took the very first Chinese Kairos course in 2014 on the east coast and was amazed by the impact that the Kairos course brought to the participants. Since then, he has become a facilitator and partnered with Gospel Operation International to facilitate Kairos courses. He became a Head Facilitator in 2016 and led several Kairos courses in several states. Besides SM-USA, he also serves as a board member in a couple of mission organizations. His passion for mobilization is to see many people transform their worldview to be biblical, and churches to become missional churches. It’s his desire to see that the Chinese Body of Christ in the US can start their journey on mission with God and write beautiful stories with God on mission.
